Record-Breaking Summer '25 Trade Show Season
8 weeks. 5 trade shows. 895 exhibiting companies. 156,600 square feet of exhibit space. It was a busy summer for the Corcoran team, producing successful trade shows for our association clients from coast to coast. ☀️
We kicked off the season in San Diego, CA, where the American Association of Nurse Practitioners celebrated 40 years as The Voice of the Nurse Practitioner® at the 2025 AANP National Conference (June 17-22). Another reason to celebrate? #AANP25 featured the largest exhibit hall of all time!
In July, the National Association of Counties also celebrated a major milestone at the 2025 NACo Annual Conference & Exposition in Philadelphia, PA: 90 years of building healthy, safe and vibrant counties across America. Later that month, our team headed to Salt Lake City, UT, for the Microscopy & Microanalysis 2025 Annual Meeting & Conference, featuring the world's largest annual microscopy exhibition.
We joined the National Technical Investigator's Association in Milwaukee, WI, for the NATIA 2025: Annual Training Conference & Technology Exhibition (August 3-7), where all-time show records were set for booths sold and revenue earned!
Our team wrapped up the summer at home in Chicago, at the National Brownfields Training Conference–the largest national event focused on creating jobs and economic opportunity by cleaning up and redeveloping brownfield properties. This year, Brownfields co-located with the Solar Farm Summit, North America's foremost agrivoltaics conference and expo.

We were excited to celebrate 40 years of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners® at the 2025 AANP National Conference in San Diego with the largest exhibit hall in the show’s history–56,700 NSF!

Sponsors made a BIG statement at #AANP25 in San Diego! The Quantum Video Wall, a massive 16’ x 9’ digital display, captured the attention of nurse practitioners as they made their way to the Exhibit Hall.
Gamification all the way! 30% of attendees participated in the #AANP25 Exhibit Hall Passport Game–three times higher than the industry average for in-person gamification completion.
