This year's Convention marks the return of the live, in-person meeting since 2019. Last year's event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kyle shares his experience planning a live WQA expo in uncertain times, adapting to quickly changing reopening safety guidelines, and implementing distancing measures in the exhibit hall. Kyle also tells Wes what exhibitors can expect on the WQA trade show floor and the benefits of participating in this hybrid event.
